Sutra Of Bad Person ( Vasala Sutta)

	One learned person blame to Lord Buddha By addressing Bad Person
	So Lord Buddha show him what facts, Which are Related to become bad person
	This sutra give how people become bad and how we understand our bad habits
	Reading this sutra help to remove your bad habits & do opposite things
	In Sri Lanka this sutra called Vasala Sutra - Vasala means low level

	Peron who living with angry & hated mind , Using superstitious works  for living
	Killing all kind of living beings; doing robbery works ;
	Getting goods without permission or right; staying without pay back loans;
	All kind of thieves; Person who say lies to collect money or things;
	Linking of other's wives; Staying without take caring of his own old parents;
	Person who say bad words; Telling false teaching as true subjects;
	Person who doing sins in secrets; Who don't help their helpers back;
	Driving away poor people who come get help; who don't give donations;

	Person who has so much proud;
	Doing merits with lazing; person with craning & sinful character;
	Telling hints to Sangha & lord Buddha;
	Person who not fear & shy to doing sins ;
	Person who say enlighten one without being enlighten;
	Staying without listening Dharma in real time; Person who telling lies;

Finally Buddha said

	Anyone don't become low level cause of birth in poor family
	Anyone don't become high level cause of birth in rich family
	Person become god or bad cause of his activities
	Anyone can go to Heaven by doing merits
	After become god anyone don't ask past life was poor or rich
	Anyone can become good person by doing good actions
	Person staying according to Buddhism, always live in high state.
