About these meditations
Lord Buddha
teach six meditation techniques which house hold people can used to
concentrate mind in very small time. From these meditations first jhana
can achieve within small time such as 15 minutes. Then from that point we
can expand into higher jhana. These meditations are called as recollecting
meditations. In this meditation we continually think about characteristic
in noble qualities of Lord Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha, Precepts, Donations
& Gods. In this section we will discuss only first three qualities.
You can do these meditations in silent place in your room, when going to
sleeping or other spare time. Firstly you can use remembering meditation
sentences then recollect those sentences & it's meanings. But when
your knowledge expand about Buddhism, you can create your own sentences
from mind. When you remembering these sentences, your mind trap with each
meaning then you forget about other thoughts. With the time all
meditation sentences covered in your mind, so you get internal happy in
mind. You will feel every calm & relaxation via mind. After some time
your body & mind become weightless, & noble happy feelings go
beyond the body. With these happy & light feelings you more & more
concentrate
about meditation sentences. Then totally you are in first jhana or close
to it. You must do this meditation very day for use your mind to these
concentration, happy & light feelings.
Merit incomes of this meditations : Surely born heaven
in next life; Don't rebirth as hell being, animal, hungry ghost or demon
being till 50 kappa or more; Gain higher popularity, worshiping,
attractive body, great wisdom & luxury lust incomes in next life in
heaven (house, garden, nymphs, music, dance, etc...) & other rebirths;
If get first jhana born in great heavens.
Meditation Of Lord Buddha
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, who completely removed desires, illwill
& ignorance with past habits of rebirth cycle. Gautama Buddha was won
battle with bad one of death & his servants. Buddha was greatest
brave person among all over the unlimited universe. Anyone can't destroy
life of Buddha via any methods.

king of Dhamma kingdom, enlightened about four noble truths from his own
merit powers which are collected his infinitive past lives. Gautama
Buddha had no any teacher about his enlighten. Buddha worship as teacher
to own Dhamma.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, who knows every ones past lives, how creatures
rebirth with their own merits via Devine eye & knowledge of removing
crackers in mind. Buddha can reach eighty jhanas very easily. Buddha have ultimate
powers of miracle roots & fifteen precepts.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, was finished eight noble path & keep own
mind in eight noble path.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, knows every matter elements & about consciousness,
from knowledge of unlimited wisdom. Buddha have no any doubts about lust
worlds, material worlds & non-material worlds.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, control & tamed every creatures under the
eight noble path. Buddha didn't use any weapon or cruel words for his
taming. Powerful devils, murders, hungry ghost & great gods tamed
with eight noble path as threefold refuge.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, who is the mentor for powerful long living gods
& human beings. Greatest Brakma gods king named Sahampathi, worship
to Buddha by keeping his knee on earth. Gods from far
distance galaxies came to ask complex questions about matter & mind
from our Gautama Buddha.
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, wisely teach Dhamma & enlighten creatures by
knowing their skillful actions & talents in past life..
- That I am devoting & following Buddha named Gautama the great
king of Dhamma kingdom, stop rebirthing & finished painful rebirth
cycle. Buddha is field collect merits. Also give donation by remembering
Gautama Buddha not case to reduce merit cause passing away or living.
Merit incomes are same as even Buddha was passing away. This was the one
of miracle features of Lord Buddhas.
Meditation Of Dhamma
- Lord Buddha named Gautama, preached teaching called Dhamma the great,
which has clear wisdom from starting via middle to stopping called
Nibbana. This Dhamma only sustain pure holy life of fully away from
sexual activities.
- Dhamma has miracle features, which are results achieved & feels
in current life time.
- Dhamma has another miracle features, which are results achieved &
feels as soon as possible means timeless. Also Dhamma are true in past, present
& future.
- Anyone can understand Dhamma & anyone can be introduced into
Dhamma.
- Nibbana or free from all sufferings & pains is the end result of
Dhamma. Dhamma was aimed to Nibbana.
- Dhamma must be understand only by wise creatures on their own noble
life organs of steady devotion, courage, right concentration, holding
concentration & wisdom.
Meditation Of Sangha
- Holy followers of Lord Buddha named Gautama, also called as Sangha
who leaded by Maha Sariputta Arhat monk & Maha Moggallana Arhat
monk, have steady, virtues & devoted mind, practicing on eight noble
path.
- Noble Sangha are can be categories as practicing on path & fully
achieved on steam entry, one returning into lust world, non returning
into lust world & non returning into any worlds.
- Noble Sangha qualified to donate donations - from long traveling,
made for relations & made for monks. Also they are suitable to
worship by collecting hands.
- Sangha are the field for collecting merits. Donations give to them
can achieve greatest incomes which are greater than any donations in
unlimited universe.
